MOBIVOX has launched monthly subscription plans to help you save even more compared to our already low pay-as-you-go rates. See our plans.

  • Monthly subscription plans provide significant savings over regular pay-as-you-go rates. The 3-month option provides savings of 25% to 30 %.
  • There is no long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time. • Beyond just calling minutes, subscription plans bundle in additional features and services with greater value to you.
  • Subscription plans are convenient and easy for monthly budgeting and planning.
  • Stay tuned as new plans are introduced to serve your communications needs better.

Easier and more convenient to use

  • Spanish and French Support The MOBIVOX Voice Assistant is now multi-lingual to better serve our global user community. You can now interact with MOBIVOX and speak your commands in Spanish (Latin American), French (France) and French (Canadian). To set your language preference, login and click on My Profile under the My Account tab. The language preference is set under the Service Settings sub-tab under My Profile.   • DTMF (Touch Tone) Pass-thru - When accessing systems such as voice mail, conferencing or any auto-attendant applications for which you need the ability to invoke touch tone (dialpad) commands. When on a call after dialing your destination, you can now press ## to enable dialpad command pass-thru. Press ## again to toggle back to the Voice Assistant mode and disable pass-thru. Please note that when in pass-thru mode, you cannot invoke MOBIVOX Voice Assistant commands. (more details here: http://www.mobivox.com/help/FAQ/?t=38)
  • Speed Dial - With this new feature, when you call your local access number simply press the number allocated to that contact and our system will "Speed Dial" this person, no need to speak the name of a contact or even type in a phone number. It is that simple! To set a contact up for our speed dial option, login to your account, click on Address Book, highlight the contact of your choice and click "Edit". You would then need to click "Add to Speed Dial" and the system will assign this contact a number for speed dial. You may have up to 9 contacts on your speed dial list.   • Auto Callback - If you do not have a MOBIVOX local access number available in your area, you may use this feature to still benefit from our low rates. You may call any local access number and when you hear a busy signal, simply hang up the phone to receive an instant callback from our system so you may place your call. To activate this feature in your account, login and click on "My Profile" and then choose the "Service Settings" tab. Choose "Auto Callback is active" and you are ready to receive automatic callbacks from our system to place your call (more details here: http://www.mobivox.com/help/FAQ/?t=7#q7)
  • Account top-up by Phone - MOBIVOX has made it even easier for you to add credits to your account. You no longer need to be in front of your computer to make a purchase of credits. If you have a credit card saved on your MOBIVOX account, you may now purchase credits when you call your local access number. To do this, simply say "Buy Credits" while in the main menu and choose the amount that you wish to purchase and the credits will automatically be added to your account.
