Easier and more convenient to use

• New Voice: The MOBIVOX Voice Assistant has a fresh new, even clearer voice, recorded in a high quality studio to enhance your interactions with MOBIVOX services.
• Spanish Language: The MOBIVOX Voice Assistant now supports spanish language.
• National Access Number: Users in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Spain and other countries can all use one easy-to-remember MOBIVOX National Access Number from anywhere in their country. This is particularly useful when there is no Mobivox Local Access Number where you live. For certain National Access Numbers, additional MOBIVOX surcharges will apply – see Access Numbers for details.
• Auto Callback: No MOBIVOX access number in your city? No problem. Our new Auto Callback feature lets you call any MOBIVOX Access Number, receive an instant callback from Mobivox, then dial your destination at MOBIVOX low rates. Simply activate this My Profile option under My Status in the My Account tab.
• Account Top-up by Phone: Top up your MOBIVOX account with additional credits right over the phone – no need to log in to the website.
• Speed Dial – Add up to 9 contacts to your speed dial list. Once set up, simply call the MOBIVOX Access Number and press a single digit to call a speed dial contact.

New inbound service - MOBIVOX iNum

MOBIVOX is proud to launch MOBIVOX iNum, an innovative inbound “reverse charging” service that lets your friends, customers and colleagues call you using your own personal MOBIVOX iNum – wherever you are.

• It’s like your personal 1-800 service that works around the world.
• Your MOBIVOX iNum calls can be forwarded to any of your phones – home, office, mobile, etc.
• Provides convenience for your friends and family; they can reach you anywhere by dialing your MOBIVOX iNum at NO cost to them. They do not need to be MOBIVOX members. You will be charged at your local MOBIVOX rates.
• Callers must first dial a MOBIVOX Access Number, press "#" and then dial your MOBIVOX iNum.
• When you receive a MOBIVOX iNum call, if you have selected call announce, you are told who is calling and what the call will cost before you accept it.
• Your phone numbers remain private.
• You can change your forwarding rules anytime using by dialing MOBIVOX and speaking the command, e.g. “Forward calls to home.”
• You can restrict callers to only those in your MOBIVOX address book
