Q: Call Forwarding

    

Your inbound calls related to your MOBIVOX iNum and “Call Me Button” are governed by your “Call Forwarding” rules.

Your “Call Forwarding” rules can be changed on the MOBIVOX website in the “Call Me” Options section of “My Account” or by phoning a MOBIVOX Access Number and using the MOBIVOX Voice Assistant.

You select the phone where your iNum and “Call Me” Button calls are to be delivered. At anytime, you can change the location where you want to forward your calls. The MOBIVOX Voice Assistant command to change forwarding location is “Forward Calls to <location>” where location is one of Home, Office, Mobile, Other.

You can Activate or Cancel “Call Forwarding” to enable or disable your inbound calls. The MOBIVOX Voice Assistant command to Activate Call Forwarding is “Activate Call Forward”. To cancel “Call Forwarding” say “Cancel Call Forward”.

You can also limit the callers to only those who are in your MOBIVOX Address Book.
