How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel the renewal of your subscription plan at any time. Just Sign-In to your account, then go to Account Summary and click on the link that says “Cancel Subscription”.
Your subscription plan will, however, remain active for the remainder of the current subscription period. No new renewal payment will be processed on your credit card.
How can I pay for a subscription? How are they renewed?
You pay for subscriptions using your Visa or Master Card credit card. When you purchase a subscription plan, you acknowledge and agree to recurring payments in order to ensure that your subscription plan never lapses. You can always cancel your subscription renewal at any time.
Subscription renewal payments are processed 2 days in advance of the subscription expiry date to ensure continuity of service.
How can I see how many minutes I have remaining on my subscription?
Just Sign-In into your account, go to Account Summary and then click on the “Manage” link next to the subscription information.
What happens if I dial a destination not covered by my subscription plan?
To call destinations not covered by your subscription plan requires that you have a balance of MOBIVOX Credits in your account.
Can I change to a different subscription plan?
Unfortunately this cannot be done. You will have to cancel the renewal of your current subscription plan and then purchase the new subscription plan.
The current subscription plan will remain active for the remainder of the current subscription period. The new subscription plan will become active when the current plan expires.
When Call Forward is ON, you will receive calls to your MOBIVOX iNum and Call Me Button.
When Call Forward is OFF, your MOBIVOX iNum and Call Me Button calls will be disabled.
