Q: Explain how MOBIVOX subscription plans work?

    

With MOBIVOX Subscription Plans you save even more! They are simple to buy and there are no long-term contracts or commitments.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • You can cancel the renewal of your subscription plan at any time. Just Sign-In to your account, then go to Account Summary and click on the link that says “Cancel Subscription”.
  • Your subscription plan will, however, remain active for the remainder of the current subscription period. No new renewal payment will be processed on your credit card.

How can I pay for a subscription? How are they renewed?

  • You pay for subscriptions using your Visa or Master Card credit card. When you purchase a subscription plan, you acknowledge and agree to recurring payments in order to ensure that your subscription plan never lapses. You can always cancel your subscription renewal at any time.
  • Subscription renewal payments are processed 2 days in advance of the subscription expiry date to ensure continuity of service.

How can I see how many minutes I have remaining on my subscription?

  • Just Sign-In into your account, go to Account Summary and then click on the “Manage” link next to the subscription information.

What happens if I dial a destination not covered by my subscription plan?

  • To call destinations not covered by your subscription plan requires that you have a balance of MOBIVOX Credits in your account.

Can I change to a different subscription plan?

  • Unfortunately this cannot be done. You will have to cancel the renewal of your current subscription plan and then purchase the new subscription plan.
  • The current subscription plan will remain active for the remainder of the current subscription period. The new subscription plan will become active when the current plan expires.
