No, MOBIVOX offers other options. Voice recognition or "speaking your commands" is recommended for all fluent English speakers. "Dialing your commands" using your keypad is recommended for non-fluent English speakers or if many of your friends and family have non-English names. Also, don't forget that you can always dial a number at any time. To choose either option as your default interface or to change your preference at anytime, login to your account and click on the "My Profile" section under "My Account" and then select "Service Settings".
